The iCentre team is part of Student Services and consist of staff who are informed, yet informal and aim to make your experience at Anglia Ruskin as stress-free as possible.
Our friendly team is on hand to assist YOU personally resolve any study related problems, and with close links with all University teams, if they cannot help you, they'll ensure someone will. Either visit one of the iCentres on campus or if you are studying off site you can always email iCentre@anglia.ac.uk.

"During the previous 4 years I have used the ICentre extensively throughout every semester. This has mainly involved the handing in of assignments, however, the Centre has also been very helpful in addressing issues which I have experienced during my time at the University. These queries/issues have included problems with e-vision and registration at the start of the academic year to information on the campus and how to find relevant members of staff and faculties.... However, for me, the Centre's best attribute has been its friendly approach with a smiling face always waiting to greet you on entering the Centre. This especially, has made me feel welcome and not afraid to share any issues or queries I have had regarding the university."
